How To Write Mass Email On Outlook

Supposedly you want to send a mass email in Outlook (or write single mass reply to many emails). Below are the steps on how to do this: Drag all the emails from the people you want to send the email to into a new mail folder (highlight all using “ Ctrl + a” or select each one individually). Go to 'File' Import Export on Outlook menu.

- 2 Make a Group of Email Addresses in Gmail
- 3 Create a Blind Copy Mailing List in Gmail

Microsoft Outlook’s email feature can get messages from point A to point B quickly, but there are ways to make the system more efficient. If you have one email to send to a group of people, you can streamline the process and avoid potential input errors by sending an email blast.
Get Ready for Blast-off
Launch Outlook and click the “New E-mail” button. Click the “To” button and, if necessary, choose an address book. From here, choose your blast recipients, which appear in alphabetical order. Press and hold down the “Ctrl” key, then click once on each person that you want to include in the group. If you’d rather do a blind blast -- where recipients can’t see each others' names -- add one name to the 'To' field, then click the “Bcc” field and add the recipients here instead, then click the “OK.”
Don’t Blast Too Fast
Check your recipient list carefully, as it can be easy to add the wrong person when you’re choosing multiple people from your list. Be sure to fill out as many of the email options as possible, including a subject line and some text. Emails without these items may be considered spam and diverted from your intended recipients' inboxes.
The VIP List
Outlook’s Contact Group option can make blasts quicker and more accurate. You create a list by clicking the “People” link, then clicking the “Actions” menu. Choose “New Contact Group,” type a name for the group such as “Customers,” and click “Select Members” to pick and choose the people who should be in your group. Click “Save & Close” when the Contact Group setup is complete.
